Agreement Terms

TERMS: Company Responsibility: 1. B&S will provide all materials needed for treatment unless stated in the above special interest section. B&S is not responsible for any type damage(s) or injuries incurred before, during and after service treatment. B&S is not responsible for any odors or stains. B&S is not responsible for any damages or injuries from pest. 2. Re-treatment: Due to the fact that insect pests are living organisms, and that they may or may not respond to treatment as we predict, B&S does not guarantee that insect pests will not attack your home during the agreement period. Instead, B&S guarantees to provide inspection & treatment services it deems necessary to limit any current or ongoing attack & prevent new insect attack at no additional charge. Therefore, any re-treatments needed for covered pests between regular services are done at no additional cost. TERMS: Customer Understanding and Responsibility: 1. Customer agrees to maintain their residence in a manner that does not encourage insect pest activity. Sanitation is crucial to effective insect control. Customer warrants that they will immediately respond to B&S‘S technician recommendations to assist in insect and/or rodent control efforts. Additional fees may be applied to your normal pest service fee if extra services are needed due to the customer’s inability to properly maintain their residence in a manner that does not encourage pest activity. 3. Early Termination: This is an annual auto renewing agreement. If Pest service is cancelled prior to the end of the first year agreement, the remaining balance will be immediately due. After the first years service, cancellation of service may be done at any time. B&S reserves the right to increase service charges after the first two (2) years of service.

I am having a pest issue with: - Specialty Pest are a "One Time service" with possible follow up service and are not covered by normal pricing and must be evaluated by Beucher & Son
